At Dr. Ashish Yadav Physiotherapy Clinic, we value your time and trust. To ensure fairness and clarity, please read our refund and cancellation policy:
Patients are requested to cancel or reschedule their appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment will be charged 50% of the consultation fee.
No-shows (without any prior intimation) will be charged the full consultation fee.
Fees once paid are non-refundable, except in cases of double payment or technical error during online transactions.
If the doctor is unavailable due to unforeseen reasons, patients may either reschedule or request a full refund.
For therapy packages (multiple sessions), if a patient discontinues mid-way, the refund (if applicable) will be calculated after deducting charges of the sessions already availed plus 10% administrative fees.
Unused sessions must be availed within the validity period of the package.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original mode of payment.
We understand emergencies. In special cases, patients can contact our clinic team directly to request flexibility regarding cancellations or rescheduling.
